cashier check fraud - if you try to buy some item's on ebay (hige price) , some seller will not let you bid and buy the item if you are not living in the same country. before you bid just ask the seller if i can let you buy the item and ship it to you , don't use cashier check to pay for it , just pay it using paypal.
