Q: i need some help ... I bought an item that was never sent to me and filed a dispute with Paypal. I won the dispute and had my money returned to me, in doing so eBay thinks that I have no paid for the item. The seller then filed a non-paying bidder report against me ... now have a strike against me for something that I did not do. can you help me?
